Ca Mau: on 14/02/2009, avian influenza has been reported in two new communes named Nguyen Viet Khai and Viet Thang (Phu Tan district), caused sick for 33 poultry (25 muscovy ducks and 8 ducks).
Quang Tri: on 12/02/2009, it reported sick and dead ducks with avian inlfuenza suspicion at a raiser Hoang Long (Mr.), Gia Do village, Trieu Do commune, Trieu Phong district. There were 80 deaths and sick among the flock of 200
