17/03/2009. Currently, 5 provinces – Bac Lieu, Ca Mau, Dien Bien, Quang Ninh, and Soc Trang reported HPAI in poultry in the last 21 days.
Department of Animal Health (DAH) reported Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in Quang Ninh province (North). The disease was reported on 8 Mar in Mong Cai city, Hai Hoa ward. Out of the flock of 20, 13 died.
