18/03/2009. Currently, 5 provinces – Bac Lieu, Ca Mau, Dien Bien, Quang Ninh, and Soc Trang reported HPAI in poultry in the last 21 days.
Department of Animal Health (DAH) reported Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in Dien Bien province (North). The outbreak occurred in Thanh Luong commune, Dien Bien district, on 14 Mar, brought infection to 103 chickens and 10 muscovy ducks.
