Department of Animal Health (DAH) reported Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in Dien Bien province (North), Dien Bien district, Thanh Nua commune. The disease was reported on 18 Mar, with 818 culled poultry of which there were 716 ducks and 102 chickens.
